International women’s day was organized at Taluk level jointly by NISARGA Team, Cluster and Taluk level federations. Around 950 women’s representatives belonging to 460 SHGs took part in the event. Fr. Victor Pias inaugurated the programme. Mr. H. Billappa, retired High Court Judge and Mrs. Pramila, Govt. School Teacher were the resource persons of the day. Mr. Mallikarjuna, Tahasildar, Hosadurga, Mrs. Sridevi, Asst. CDPO were the chief guests of the day.  Sr. Smitha, Director, Nisarga presided over the programme.
