On 12 June 2026, we celebrated Environmental Day at Chitradurga in Karnataka. We organised a tree plantation drive, educating around 50 SHG women, farmers, and school children about the importance of tree planting in conserving soil moisture and preventing erosion. We distributed saplings to all participants, who then planted them in the nearby area. This initiative aims to promote ecological balance in the region.
